NTT offers wireless LAN service to universities
TOKYO - NTT Communications Corp is teaming up with Toshiba Corp to sell a wireless local area network (LAN) broadband communications service to universities and other schools.
It includes a subsidy for students.

I'm surprised that KDDI did not beat them to the punch on this one. One of their suppliers must be holding them back.
