TeliaSonera will buy Motorola's 35 percent stake in Lithuania's UAB Omnitel for $117 million as part of planned regional expansion, the Nordic region's top telecom operator said on Tuesday.
The deal still needs regulatory approval. It will give TeliaSonera 90 percent ownership of Omnitel, the firm said in a statement.
