DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Orient potential foster/adoptive families to the licensing
or certification process and requirements. Assists with initial
paperwork and arrange for pre-service training.

· Experience: 3+ Years of recent work history with MS SQL
Server,

Requirements:
Fluent in Transact-SQL
Knowledgeable in developing and support of Access applications
Experienced with Delphi application development
Design/Program reports from SQL extracts via Crystal, Access
Skill in development with Visual basic a plus
Must be proficient at analyzing data integrity.
Very Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.

· Must know and understand aggressive behavior and have an
understanding of techniques to redirect this energy.

· Must recognize unusual behavior due to drugs, alcohol
and/or psychological disturbances.

· Must be able to cook, do household tasks and related work.

· Must be over 21 years of age, mature, patient and
understanding, with experiential background in caring for children.

· Must complete 24 hours training annually through D.E.S.
Foster Parent Education.

· Must have valid Arizona Driver License, AZ registration,
insurance, and reliable transportation.

· Must obtain fingerprint clearance.
